I’m a designer and innovation manager curious about how people work together. In my work, I combine design, facilitation, and coaching to help teams both create new solutions and make the process of collaboration itself better.
My background is in design and product development, teaching, project leadership, and learning design. I’ve contributed to projects across startups, universities, and global organisations, always with a hands-on role in building ideas into reality.
What matters most to me is finding practical, intuitive ways of working that make collaboration productive, creative, and fun.
And yes, I’ll probably bring homemade bread to the workshop.
